I suspect the pizza might have been good if it was hot, but I guess I'll never know. I ordered $90 worth of specialty pizzas to be delivered at 7pm. By 7:20 I called the store and was told they had been left by the door. Finally tracked them down to a different house ON A DIFFERENT STREET. Tepid pizza is... not good. I might try a dine-in experience, but will absolutely never order delivery from Randy's again.

I come here often for pizza or a cheesesteak sub my favorite place to get from !!! Today was so disappointing after getting my sub home I took it out of the bag and the way it was wrapped was horrible they had half of the outer paper in the middle of my sub. It was a mess just trying to get that oh so good taste! Once I got it in wrapped I paid for double the cheese and looks like there was none still disappointed. So went on to eat a steak sub and the entire 8 inch had two thin tomato slice. I could have gone to food lion and brought some tomatoes. This was the most disappointing experience that I have had while ordering a sub!

I love Randy’s Pizza but I went there today on my lunch break craving for some delicious cheese slices and food wasn’t not that great. Please cook the pizza a little longer than how you guys are doing it now. Rubbery flappy pizza is not it. We want more crust so to speak! Very disappointed today. Bring back real Italians, Those guys in there are ruining the Randy’s reputation in Durham

Customer service is trash here. Why do you have a line of people waiting and your on the phone taking orders. I waited 8 minutes for a pickup order that was already ready. Plot twist all the salads are premade with onions so they just take out the onions and all items. ALL LOCATIONS DO THIS premade salads and pizza and simply reheat when orders are placed. I stood in like 8 mins and they had the nerve to have a TIP option. Here's a tip learn the difference between a chef and a Caesar salad first. Then a guy looking like Shaggy from Scooby Doo walking around looking lost. But anything for sales I guess. My pizza was lukewarm and salad was incorrect and I paid 25 for all this. No wonder why the place was nearly empty. Businesses please do better you have cameras all over the place and can't seem to catch the BS the employees do. The saving grace is the 2 pizza slices

As a wedding venue owner, we’ve tasted just about everything from catered meals to food trucks and everything in between. Sometimes you just want something simple that’s done right, and Randy’s Pizza delivers on that. The pizza is solid, consistent, and tastes great every time. Not trying to be fancy, just good quality pizza you can count on. Five stars from us.
